THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR THE VIRTUAL CLASS. IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER FOR THE IN-PERSON CLASS PLEASE REGISTER UNDER PILATES/YOGA COMBINATION.
Join Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Theresa Labrecque, for a virtual class that will blend the core conditioning and full body strengthening of Pilates with the flexibility and lengthening of yoga for a balanced workout for all levels. Theresa has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching Pilates for more than 13 years and Yoga for seven. She is committed to providing functional strengthening to all ages and ability levels.
Session I: 14 classes, Mondays & Wednesdays, 1/25-3/17 (no class 2/15 & 2/17), 7:00pm-8:00pm, Virtual, $95
Note: Virtual class is the same as the Pilates/Yoga class and will run simultaneously with the in-person class.
