Theresa has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching Pilates for more than 12 years and Yoga for seven. She is committed to providing functional strengthening to all ages and ability levels. Barbara Kenney has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2010. Barbara holds a Masters of Business Education, Masters of Business Science and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She loves to dance, teach and especially enjoys when her students are having a great time.
