Pilates/ Yoga Combination - Session I

Join Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Theresa Labrecque, for a class that will blend the core conditioning and full body strengthening of Pilates with the flexibility and lengthening of yoga for a balanced workout for all levels. Theresa has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching Pilates for more than 13 years and Yoga for seven. She is committed to providing functional strengthening to all ages and ability levels.

Note: Virtual class is the same as the Pilates/Yoga class and will run simultaneously with the in-person class.

Zumba - Session I
with Barbara Kenney

Dance to great music, with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. Zumba is the perfect combo of fun and fitness. You don’t need any previous dance experience, just bring your dancing feet and join the fun! You’ll love the workout and the results. Barbara Kenney has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2010. Barbara holds a Masters of Business Education, Masters of Business Science and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She loves to dance, teach and especially enjoys when her students are having a great time.

Introduction to Recreational Kayaking - Session I

Come learn the essential skills and knowledge the novice kayaker or “never been before but always wanted to try it” paddler needs for recreational kayaking. In a one day on-the-water instruction, we will cover a variety of kayaking fundamentals from safety equipment, rescue techniques, smooth entering and exiting, to weather and water conditions, and more. Learn the basic types of kayaks and how to select the one that is best for you. Kayaks and PFD’s for all on-the-water instruction will be provided. Co-owners of Sebago Trails Paddling Company, Bill and daughter Katelyn, have over 30 years of paddling experience and instruction between them. All classes will be held at Sebago Trails Paddling Co., 1311 Roosevelt Trail, Raymond
