ZUMBA - Session 2

Dance to great music, with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. Zumba is the perfect combo of fun and fitness. You don’t need any previous dance experience, just bring your dancing feet and join the fun! You’ll love the workout and the results. Barbara Kenney has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2010. Barbara holds a Masters of Business Education, Masters of Business Science and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She loves to dance, teach and especially enjoys when her students are having a great time. 

Session II:  5 classes – Wednesdays, 11/4-12/16 (no class 11/11 and 11/25), 5:45pm-6:45pm, GMS, $50

Pilates/ Yoga Combination - Session II

Join Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Theresa Labrecque, for a class that will blend the core conditioning and full body strengthening of Pilates with the flexibility and lengthening of yoga for a balanced workout for all levels. Theresa has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching Pilates for more than 13 years and Yoga for seven. She is committed to providing functional strengthening to all ages and ability levels.

Session II: 12 classes, Mondays & Wednesdays, 11/4-12/21 (no class 11/11 & 11/25), 7:00-8:00pm, GMS, $85

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a blend of spiritual and physical practices into a yoga technology that utilizes breathwork (pranayam), series of physical postures called kriyas, and chanting of mantra to create a specific vibration in the body which promotes healing. It’s known as the householder’s yoga due to the fact that the practices can easily blend into your everyday life. Lana Fortier, RYT200, is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher certified by The Tenth Gate School of Yoga and Energy Healing in Portsmouth, RI and registered with Yoga Alliance. She is also a Reiki Master, a Pranayama/Meditation teacher, and a Yoga Nidra guide.

4 classes - Tuesdays, 11/10-12/1 6:00pm-7:30pm, virtual, $50
